:Sacramento SunsetLongboarding is starting to become second nature again–like riding a bike. Today the total sessions was 14 miles in 3 hours. I took it easy today with a little walking and sitting.

Strangely, I started my sesh a little depressed and a little out of it. So, for the first hour or so I was just going through the motions of longboarding. But, longboarding being what it is to me, I let that depressed feeling go. I sent it out to the universe so to speak. I think that is the beauty of longboarding, however you feel–sad, happy, etc–it makes you feel better. I’ve found that longboarding is my meditation, and in my darkest hours it helps me process what’s going on internally.

I’ll leave you with a little food for thought: “Longboarding has taught me life isn’t so much about knowing, but doing. By doing we learn, by learning we know. Go do something.” –Me
